Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Back 2 Body & Soul At Back 2 Body & Soul, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Policy Details: Cancellations or Reschedules with 24+ Hours Notice: No fee will be charged. Cancellations or Reschedules with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: A $75 fee will be charged. No-Call / No-Show Appointments: A $75 fee will be applied, and this fee must be paid before rescheduling any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all clients efficiently and respectfully.
